Koch Cattle is a Montana Seedstock producer.

Jeff and Shere started raising cattle together in 1985, now joined by their son Shane, wife Kate and two grandsons, Riggin and Taylor. Our goal has been to produce structurally sound, maternal and carcass cattle that will perform on the ranch, in the feedlot and in carcass aspects of the industry. We strive to produce cattle with a good genotype while not sacrificing the phenotype in our cow herd. Our success is your success.

 

We have used AI sires to improve genetics and grow our cattle over the years. Koch Big Timber 685D was a product of our program that we are very proud of and enjoy watching him start his legacy in the Simmental world. Our late herd sire, Koch Monte 803U was a big impact to our cow herd and still shows today in our genetics.

We have been and still are involved in 4H and youth as they are the future of our industry. We have enjoyed raising our two sons in the industry and are looking forward to watching our grandkids carry on in agriculture.
